Multi-file intake

Tenders arrive as packs: the invitation, specification, returnable forms, pricing schedules, annexures and site notices. Drop up to forty files at once, in PDF, Word, Excel, ZIP or plain text.

• Text is extracted in the browser, page by page, with a live progress bar per file.
• Scanned and image-only pages fall through to optical character recognition and, where needed, a server-side vision read, so a photocopied returnable is still read.
• Extraction, upload and save each report their own state, so a failure is visible and retryable on that file alone.
• A header sweep across every file captures buyer, bid number, closing date, briefing details and delivery address even when they only appear on one cover page.
• The suggested tender title is taken from the strongest document unless you override it.

Statutory evidence

The evidence library takes the same treatment. Drop a folder of certificates and the system matches filenames to the required rows — SARS, B-BBEE, CSD, PSIRA, COIDA, insurance — and files each one with its expiry date.
