Running the business
FAQ
The questions bid teams ask before they commit.
Will it invent facts about my company?
No. Bidder facts come only from the verified profile and evidence library. A missing fact is logged as a gap and the section stops.
Can I still edit the pack?
Yes. Every section is editable, and you can send any section back to its agent with instructions it must address.
Do I have to print and sign the bid forms?
Only if the buyer insists. Detected SBD and MBD forms can be signed in-system with a certificate and document fingerprint, or issued as a print pack you sign on paper and scan back in one go.
The matrix raised dozens of blockers. Now what?
The Matrix Resolver merges duplicates, closes what it can from your own documents, and turns the rest into an ordered worklist with a named remedy and owner per item.
Can we bid as a joint venture?
Yes. Partners, shares, priced contributions and scopes are recorded, per-party returnables are produced for each entity, and witness and partner signatures are held in the signature book.
Do I need a subscription to run a tender?
No. A plan, a credit balance or a single-tender unlock all work, and the cost of a run is shown before it starts.
What happens if a document has expired?
The evidence register flags it and the dashboard raises an alert before it becomes a disqualification.
Is my data shared with other bidders?
Never. Workspaces are isolated at the database level and outputs are fingerprinted for exclusivity.
Does it fill in the bid forms for me?
It fills the bidder's own boxes from your verified record, initials every page, and places the tick or cross once you answer each declaration yourself. Buyer-only blocks are left blank, and anything the system does not hold stays an empty box that holds up signing until you supply it.
Can I use it from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add the desk as a connector, sign in with your own account, and the assistant works your workspace under the same plan limits and the same rules — including showing credit costs before spending anything.
How do I pay?
In rands, by card through Paystack or by South African instant EFT through PayFast, VAT-inclusive. Enterprise accounts are invoiced on an agreed contract and paid by EFT.
