Document Studio

Write any company document on demand — methodology, plans, letters, capability statements.

Fourteen document types

Beyond the tender pack itself, the studio drafts the documents a bid office is always asked for: method statement, technical proposal, implementation plan, health and safety plan, quality management plan, local content and socio-economic development plan, pricing narrative, bid cover letter, motivation letter, clarification query, capability statement, company profile, reference request and undertaking or declaration letter.

Company and tender first

The studio starts by asking which company is bidding and on which tender. That context drives everything after it: the catalogue narrows to the documents that tender actually asks for, and a short editable brief is composed from the tender's buyer, scope and requirements so the draft is written for this bid rather than in general. Leave the tender unset and you get company-general documents written from the verified profile alone. Changing the company or tender resets the context and closes whatever was open, so a draft can never be written against the wrong bid.

Grounded

Facts come from the verified profile, evidence library and past submissions. Choose a register — formal tender, plain business, technical or persuasive — and a length from one page to ten.

Edit on the paper

Drafts open in a split view: the editor on one side, the branded page on the other with your letterhead, on white paper.

The library is scoped

The library lists only the documents written for the selected company and tender, so opening the studio on a bid shows that bid's paperwork and nothing else. With no tender selected it shows that company's general documents.

Cost

Each document costs between one and four credits depending on length and depth, shown before it is generated.
