Running the business

Working from ChatGPT or Claude

Run your tender desk from the assistant you already use, on your own account.

What it is

TenderResponseOS can be added to ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that support remote connectors. You sign in with your own account, and the assistant sees only your workspace — the same data, the same permissions and the same plan limits as the app.

How to connect

The connect page on the site carries the address to paste into your assistant's connector settings, a copy button and step-by-step instructions. Signing in happens in your browser and grants the assistant access to your workspace until you remove it.

What the assistant can do

Reading and doing are both available: the tender list and detail, the evaluation-ordered requirement matrix, the gap worklist, drafted sections, company records and verified facts, desk alerts, pipeline state, statutory forms and bid performance; and opening a tender, adding the pack, recording facts, running an agent or the whole pipeline, approving the Table of Contents, closing gap tasks, writing a company document, recording a submission and its result, and asking an agent about its own work.

The same rules apply

An assistant is bound by exactly the limits the app is bound by: it never states a bidder fact that is not in the verified profile or evidence library, it never fills in a statutory SBD or MBD form, it never invents or estimates a rate, and anything that spends credits shows the cost first and waits for your plain agreement. Without an account, the assistant can only explain what the desk does and where to sign up.
