The verified profile
Each bidding entity has its own record: legal name, registration and VAT numbers, B-BBEE level, NBCPSS wage area, oncost percentage and profit margin, addresses, contact line and authorised signatory. Agents may only state facts held here or in the evidence library.
Facts pulled from your own documents
Rather than filling in forms, point the system at what you already have. Uploaded evidence and past submissions are read for registration numbers, B-BBEE level, tax and CSD references, addresses and signatories, and each candidate fact is offered for one-tap confirmation with the source document beside it.
Import from a company profile
Upload an existing company profile in PDF or Word and the system reads the legal name, registration and VAT numbers, address, contact line, signatory, disclaimer and brand colours, and pulls out logo and letterhead image candidates. Everything appears in a review list next to a live branded page preview, and only what you tick is written.
Document identity
Branding is applied at export: letterhead with logo, brand colours on headings and table styling, footers with registration and VAT numbers, page numbering, cover page and signature block. Every preview in the system is shown on white paper with your letterhead, so what you read is what the buyer receives.
