Working the bid

Joint ventures and subcontracting

Bid as a consortium: partners, shares, scopes and every signature the forms require.

Partners on a tender

A tender can carry joint venture partners, subcontractors and suppliers. Each partner record holds the entity's legal details, its share of the work, its priced contribution and the scope it is responsible for, and an invitation can be emailed so the partner supplies its own documents.

How the agents use it

Partner contributions feed the pricing build-up and the scope narrative, and combined capability is presented as the consortium's, with each partner's evidence attributed to it. Per-party returnables — declarations of interest, bidder's disclosure, B-BBEE and tax status — are produced once for each entity rather than once for the bid.

The signature book

Signatures are held in a book, not a single slot: authorised signatories, witnesses, commissioners of oaths and each partner's signatory, each with a stored specimen and initials, a role and a label. When a form is signed you choose which specimen belongs on which mark, and each mark is recorded as its own audit event.
