Evidence register
Every appendix in the TOC is mapped to a real file with a live status and expiry date. Documents nearing expiry raise alerts on the dashboard before they cost a bid.
Past tender memory
Previous submissions are uploaded in bulk and indexed, then searched by meaning, so drafting agents can reuse proven wording, correct figures and real reference projects instead of starting blank.
Output exclusivity
If two clients pursue the same tender, their packs are fingerprinted against each other and rewritten until they are materially distinct. No two bidders receive similar prose.
