Agent integrations
Use your tender desk from ChatGPT or Claude
Your own tenders, the evaluation-ordered requirement matrix, the outstanding gaps and the drafted sections — readable and workable from the assistant you already have open. It acts as you and sees only your own workspace. There is no plugin to install: you paste one address into your assistant’s settings and sign in.
The address to paste
Add this as a custom connector or MCP server in your assistant.
https://tenderresponse.co.za/mcpIn ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT on the web and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose to add a custom connector or MCP server.
- Paste the address above and save it.
- Sign in with your TenderResponseOS account when the sign-in page appears.
- Approve the access screen. The desk then shows up as a tool in your chats.
In Claude
- Open claude.ai and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Add a custom connector and paste the address above.
- Sign in with your TenderResponseOS account.
- Approve the access screen, then start a new chat and ask about your tenders.
What it will and will not do
- Reading your desk is free: tenders, requirements, gaps, drafts, closing dates and expiring certificates.
- Anything that spends credits — running an agent or the pipeline, writing a document — shows you the cost first and waits for a plain yes.
- It never states a fact about your company that is not in your verified profile or evidence library. A missing fact comes back as a gap for the Director to supply.
- Statutory SBD and MBD forms are never filled in for you. You get a field guide of what must be completed and signed by hand.
- Without an account, the assistant can only explain what the desk does. An active plan or a single-tender unlock is needed before agents run.
