Getting started
From sign-up to your first assembled tender pack, in the order the system expects.
The shape of the work
TenderResponseOS is a tender response desk, not a chatbot. You register the bidding company once, upload the tender pack, and thirteen specialist agents build the response against a master Table of Contents that they are all bound to.
- Onboarding — register the bidding entity and load statutory documents.
- New tender — upload the tender pack; the Intake Agent reads buyer, reference, closing date and scope.
- Matrix and TOC — every mandatory and scored requirement is extracted, then a master TOC is produced.
- Clear the blockers — the Matrix Resolver proposes a remedy for each gap and closes what it can itself.
- Approve the TOC — nothing is drafted until you approve it.
- Auto-run — the orchestrator hands work from agent to agent; drafting agents write only the sections the TOC assigns them.
- Preview, sign, export — check the pack, sign the SBD/MBD forms in-system or on paper, export DOCX, PDF or ZIP.
What you need in hand
The system never invents bidder facts, so the quality of the pack tracks the quality of your library.
- Company registration, VAT and tax clearance details.
- B-BBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD registration, sector licences such as PSIRA.
- Insurance, COIDA letter of good standing, bank confirmation.
- Past submissions and reference letters, which the system learns from.
- For a joint venture or subcontracted bid, the same details for each partner.
