The pipeline
The Matrix Resolver
An agent whose only job is to clear the blockers standing between you and a compliant pack.
Why it exists
A large public tender can raise dozens of blockers on first read. A list of seventy problems is not a plan, so the Matrix Resolver turns the gap log into a worklist that shrinks.
What it does with each gap
Every blocker gets a named remedy rather than a warning.
- Resolves it itself where the answer already exists in the uploaded pack, the verified profile, the evidence library or a past submission.
- Merges duplicates and near-duplicates into one item so the count reflects real work.
- Where you must act, states the exact remedy: which document to obtain, from whom, the usual turnaround, and what to do if it cannot be obtained in time.
- Ranks what is fatal to the bid against what only costs points, so the deadline is spent in the right order.
The worklist
Blockers are presented as an ordered worklist with a suggested remedy, the responsible person and a one-tap action to accept, reassign or dismiss with a reason. Accepting a remedy that the system can execute triggers it immediately and unblocks the affected TOC sections.
