Enterprise

The premium of the premium tier.

Every capability in the system, no monthly tender cap, no seat cap and no limit on the number of bidding entities. Pricing is agreed with you against your volume and the service level you need, so nothing is published here.

How an Enterprise engagement runs

Five stages, no surprises. You see the system on your own tenders before anyone signs a twelve-month commitment.

  1. 01 · Week 0

    Assessment

We map your bid process, monthly volume, bidding entities, seats and IT requirements such as single sign-on and data residency.

  2. 02 · 2–4 weeks

    Paid pilot

A once-off pilot fee, credited against year one. Your evidence library is loaded and we run live tenders end to end.

  3. 03 · Week 4

    Contract

Signed proposal, purchase order raised, annual or monthly invoicing. Enterprise is granted by our team, not bought at a checkout.

  4. 04 · Week 5

    Onboarding

Entities, seats, SSO and your private agent knowledge base configured, with hands-on training for the bid team.

  5. 05 · Ongoing

    Quarterly review

Win rate, turnaround time and volume against your allowance, with the fee re-based if your volume has moved.

How Enterprise pricing works

Three lines, agreed against your volume. No published rand amount, because a group bidding forty tenders a month across twelve entities is not the same buyer as a single company.

1. Platform fee

A fixed monthly fee for the whole desk: every agent, every document surface, unlimited entities and seats. Paid annually up front at a discount, or monthly against a purchase order.

2. Included volume

An agreed number of tenders run end to end each month, plus a monthly AI credit allowance and document storage. Sized in the assessment off your real pipeline.

3. Overage

A published per-tender, per-100-credit and per-100-GB rate if you go past the allowance, invoiced in arrears. Nothing runs without cover, so you are never billed for work you did not authorise.

What is always included in the fee

Single sign-on, a private agent knowledge base trained on your own past tenders, priority run queue, audit export, a named account team with onboarding and training, and a written service level agreement. Prices exclude VAT at 15%. Proposals stay open for 30 days.
